A devoted father of three remarkable children—I strive for excellence in everything I do, driven by their well-being and an insatiable craving to be a positive role model.
For the past two decades, my career has existed at the intersection of dirt and data. As a seasoned Real Estate Professional and IT Consultant, I’ve spent years acquiring physical assets while simultaneously designing the network and database infrastructures that businesses use to run efficiently.
While I am deeply dedicated to my companies and my family, I believe in enjoying the ride. You’ll regularly find me taking time out for spirited drives, great food, coffee, whiskey, and wine—always in good company.
Currently, my primary technology focus is scaling Fixrli Inc., the PropTech/Fintech startup I founded to solve a massive problem in the property management industry.
As an integral part of a mid-sized property management company overseeing approximately 1,000 units, I experienced firsthand the friction of property maintenance. It wasn’t a labor problem; it was an accounting and information problem.
Drawing on my background in both real estate and IT system design, I built Fixrli to act as the “Accounting Bridge” for the $600B maintenance industry. Today, Fixrli is a SaaS-enabled marketplace that integrates directly with institutional software (like AppFolio and Buildium) to automate bidding, secure escrow, and handle GL mapping.
During our private beta, we successfully processed over $250,000 in GMV, proving that the industry is ready for a unified financial rail. We are now integrating Google Gemini Multimodal AI to pioneer “Vision-to-Bid” technology for the trades.
While Fixrli scales the digital infrastructure of property management, I remain deeply rooted in the physical realities of the property management industry. I am proud to announce my official transition into full-scale land development.
In March 2026, I acquired my first parcel of raw land for development. We will be breaking ground on a four-home, single-family development in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, in June 2026.
This milestone is more than just a real estate investment; it keeps me intimately connected to the trades, the contractors, and the daily realities of construction. Building from the ground up ensures that the technology I design at Fixrli remains grounded in the actual needs of the professionals swinging the hammers and pouring the concrete.
Networking is about building relationships, not just collecting contact information. I want to meet YOU! Even if you feel your line of work is irrelevant to mine, I encourage you to reach out.
As we prepare for Fixrli’s national rollout and break ground on the Oak Creek development, I am actively looking to connect with:
I’m building upon my proven track record of acquiring on and off-market properties and embarking on
an exciting transition to the realm of land development and redevelopment. Over the upcoming year, I
will strategically invest with and collaborate with experienced developers in the Midwest to deepen my
expertise, broaden my portfolio, and refine my abilities to identify project potential.
At the same time, I’ll learn and master the intricacies of leveraging local, state, and federal loans, grants,
and tax credits. I will seamlessly apply these funding sources to the right projects, maximizing their
impact and driving success.
Echoing the wisdom imparted by my father at an early age and captured by the words of David Marvin Blake, “If you hang with nine broke friends, you’re bound to be the tenth one,” I have come to deeply appreciate the profound impact of surrounding oneself with individuals who inspire and elevate.
Firmly convinced that mentorship is an indispensable catalyst for success, I founded MKE Forward, a Milwaukee-based non-profit dedicated to revitalizing housing and unlocking economic opportunity in our city.
MKE Forward is where my passion for real estate, the trades, and community intersect. Through this organization, we are pairing Milwaukee youth with industry leaders, expanding mentorship networks, and utilizing housing development to provide on-the-job training for individuals seeking new skills in the trades. I wholeheartedly believe that empowering the next generation of builders and homeowners is not merely an obligation, but a privilege.
